My Problem Is same as Mr Kiran Singh
They sent a reply message similar like that
Now How Do I Know the preferences
In Airtel service it is 0 to stop for all types of SMS and unwanted phone calls

  2. Kiran Singh says:

I had tried “Start DND” to 1909. Instead they replied as “Invalid request . Please sendd your request in the format Start/Stop (your preferences(s)separated by coma).
This is highly confusing with regard to 1) Start/ Stop is meant for DND or for services. In both cases the meaning is reversed, 2) What are these prefernces to be separated by comas is not elaborated in replies.
