Now you can change your Mobile operator without changing your Mobile number, by availing Mobile Number Portability services.

This guide is for current Videocon subscribers. If you want to become Videocon subscriber using Number portability and keep your current mobile number, read Videocon MNP.

Videocon Mobile subscribers avail Number portability service.

For Videocon MNP, follow the below simple 3 Steps to switch your  Videocon number to other using number porting services.

Step 1

Obtain “Unique Porting Code” from your current Mobile operator – Videocon.
Send SMS ‘PORT <your 10 digit mobile number>’ to 1900 from your Videocon mobile to get Unique Porting Code.

Step 2

Call executive of your desired Mobile operator, fill CAF (Customer Application Form) & Porting form or visit their office.
Submit the form with required documents like photo ID, Address proof, also if you are a post-paid customer submit your last bill & last bill paid receipt.

Step 3

Obtain a New SIM card from your new mobile operator.

You will receive an acknowledgement SMS from +1901 within 4 days for your Videocon Portability request. Within 3 days from then you will receive SMS from +1901 confirming your port out request succesful.

After 12pm midnight, mobile services from Videocon will be stopped and you will have to use the New SIM obtained from another Mobile Operator keeping your current mobile number.

    i m a customer of aircel, i have submitted my request for porting , from aircel to videocon 27th jan 2012 in videocon customer care, & they told me , ur number ll be port with in 7 days.
    but today 22 days are completed totally , but my aircel number not port in videocon. i have lots of work with my cell, & i m facing so much problem , because my no dosent port.
    plzzzzzz port my number from aircel to vidocon , i have submitted my all of documents in vidocon custumer care, ujjain.

    my porting no is form aircel – DY361269

    this my second porting code, which was got at 14 feb 2012 , & second this my all of documents copy submitted in videocon customer care.
